I am super excited to share my favorite healthy snacks with all you amazing food lovers!
Although I usually snack on fruits and vegetables, I also really appreciate and LOVE to eat healthy junk-food and on-the-go healthy processed snacks.I believe that it’s super important to have a list of go-to processed, healthier foods that you can easily reach for in the pantry.
So, let’s hop into my favorite healthy snacks/healthy JUNK FOOD!
1. UnReal Peanut Butter Cups
UnReal Peanut Butter cups are the bomb! They are packed with real ingredients and are sold in mini individual wrappers which are great for portion control!

2. Breakfast Kind Bars
Kind Bars are the best! I specifically love the breakfast bars because they are soft and chewy and the same time. My favorite flavors are the Peanut Butter and Honey Oat version. This healthy snack is filled with tons of protein which will keep you full and fueled throughout the day.
4. Health Warrior Chia Bars
When I eat these chai bars, I feel as if I am on a tropical vacation! Health Warrior offers many different flavored bars that are extremely delicious, my favorite being the Mango and Acai Berry.

3. Matt’s Munchies Fruit Snacks
Matt’s Munchies are ONLY made up of real fruit! They are super-duper healthy and taste ridiculously delicious. There are only 2-3 ingredients listed in each snack pack, so you know EXACTLY what you’re eating.
My favorite flavors are:
- Island Mango (basically mango with coconut shreds)
- Mango Acai (I’m sure you can tell by now that I LOVE Mango!)
5. Black Pitted Olive Snack Packs
I love eating olives as a healthy snack, especially when they’re portioned in a snack container! You can find these olive packs in the condiment isle, in the olive section, of Publix, Walmart, and many other grocery stores.
6. Dry Roasted Edamame and Frozen Snack-Size Edamame Packs
I LOVE edamame! Edamame is a great quick protein-packed snack.
7. Peanut Butter (Crazy Richards)
Peanut butter is an excellent staple to have in your house that can be paired with pretzel, rice cakes, or crackers. This is a protein filled healthy snack that is filling and super tasty!
8. Mary’s Gone Crackers: Super Seed Classic Crackers
When I first tried these crackers a few years ago, I was not a big fan. Then, I tried them again a few months ago, and I LOVED them! These crackers are packed with tons of healthy seeds and flavors. Plus, they are awesome served with hummus or any other dip.
9. Canyon Bakehouse Brownie Bites
Canyon Bakehouse is my all-time favorite gluten free bread brand, but they also make super fudgy and delicious Brownie Bites. You MUST give these a try.
How to eat them for best results:
- Microwave 15-20 seconds.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
10. Canned Chickpeas
I can eat chickpeas every single day!
There are countless ways to make chickpeas taste fabulous. My favorite way to prepare chickpeas, as a snack, is to drain and rinse the canned chickpeas, then place them in a bowl and mix in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Voila! You’ve got a delicious and nutritious snack ready to enjoy!
11. So Delicious Coconut Almond Bar Ice Cream
I have been obsessed with these mini chocolate-almond coated ice cream bars all summer long! They are the perfect sweet treat for a long hot day.
