Spicy chicken pasta

Boneless skinless chicken breasts  Olive oil Vegan butter  Kosher salt Ground black pepper Smoked paprika Chili powder Garlic chili sauce Garlic powder Onion powder Fettuccine pasta  Onion Garlic Red pepper flakes Tomato paste Broth Coconut Milk Parsley & Cilantro

Mix raw chicken with oil and spices.

Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Slice cooked chicken into strips!

Boil the pasta according to package directions. I use gluten free linguine.

Sauté oil, butter and onion. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes too.

Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder and onion powder.

Stir in the broth and coconut milk

Simmer the sauce for just 5 minutes so it will thicken and the flavors will intensify.

Add the pasta, ½ cup reserved pasta cooking water, cooked chicken strips, parsley and cilantro. Mix all together!
