Whisk together the dry ingredients: gluten free baking flour, oat flour, rolled oats, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.

In a separate bowl whisk the liquid ingredients: eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, oil, and oat milk.

Pour the batter into a parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 80-90 minutes.
