Gluten Free  Double chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

Flaxseed meal  Chocolate Chips Vegan Butter Granulated Sugar  Brown sugar Almond flour Cocoa powder Baking soda Salt 

Mix together flaxseed meal with water and let sit 5 minutes.

Melt chocolate with 1 tablespoon vegan butter in the microwave.

Cream together remaining vegan butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.

Pour melted chocolate into the butter mixture.

Add Flax-water to the batter.

Mix in the almond flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

Fold in the chocolate chips (and/or chunks).

Here's what the cookie dough will look  like! 

Scoop cookie dough and set in the fridge while the oven preheats.

Be sure to leave 2 inches between each cookie before baking.

Bake cookies for 18-20 minutes!
