Gluten Free Orzo Shallots Garlic Mushrooms Olive Oil Salt Pepper Garlic Powder Lemon Juice Oat Milk
Cook orzo according to package directions. Strain and rinse orzo well.
Saute shallots with oil in a pan.
Add garlic and mushrooms to the sauteed shallots.
Add oat milk, seasoning & orzo to the pan of sauteed mushrooms/shallots. Cook until liquid is absorbed.
This orzo can keep fresh for up to 4 days in the fridge!
