Salad: – Gluten Free Pasta – Yellow Pepper – Brussel Sprouts – Zucchini – Kalamata Olives – Broccolini Dressing: – Red Wine Vinegar – Olive Oil – Salt – Black pepper – Oregano – Dried basil – Darlic powder – Juice from kalamata olives

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Blanch broccolini and brussel sprouts. Place into a bowl of ice water then pat dry.
