Gluten Free Pesto Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients

Basil  Spinach Walnuts Parmesan cheese Lemon juice Garlic Olive oil Canola oil  Salt Cherry tomatoes Gluten free pasta (I like Jovial brand) Canned tuna  Lemon zest

Boil the pasta according to package directions. I use gluten free Penne.

Drain the pasta in a colander. No need to rinse!

Blend all the pesto ingredients until smooth.

Flake the canned tuna in a large bowl with a fork.

Use the best brand of gluten free pasta for optimal texture and flavor. I love using Jovial brand Penne pasta for this recipe! It also reheats wonderfully.

Add the cooked pasta, tomatoes and pesto to the tuna bowl and mix together.
