Almond Flour Tapioca Flour Gluten Free Flour Salt Vegan Butter Ice Water
Pulse almond flour, tapioca flour, gluten free flour and salt in food processor.
In large bowl, toss the dry ingredients with cubed cold vegan butter.
Shingle each piece of butter with your fingertips so each piece of butter is flattened.
Drizzle cold water and mix until a dough forms.
Divide dough into 2, cover in plastic wrap, and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Roll and fold a few times!
Once ready to use, roll out the dough and use as desired to make many recipes!
