Healthy pUMPKIN CAKE DONUTS

Ingredients

Gluten free flour  Almond flour  Oat flour  Baking soda Baking powder Cinnamon Nutmeg Ginger Kosher salt  Coconut oil  Light brown sugar  Maple syrup  Vanilla extract Pumpkin puree Oat milk Egg Cashew Butter

Whisk together dry ingredients. Set aside.

In a bowl of a stand mixer beat the coconut oil and brown sugar for 1-2 minutes or until creamy.

Add the maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin puree, oat milk, egg and cashew butter.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.

Transfer the batter to a large piping bag or ziplock.

Pipe half of the batter into the donut pan cavities.

Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Dip warm donuts into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
