Ingredients

Red & yellow potatoes  Israeli pickles  Hard boiled eggs Celery Chives Parsley Garlic Olive oilSea salt Black pepper White vinegar Lemon juice

Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10-25 minutes. Check if they're done at the 10 minute mark! 

recipe tip

Spread the cooked potatoes onto a pan and allowing  to dry out for 10-15 minutes before making the salad.

Mix potatoes with the celery, hard-boiled egg, chives & parsley in a large bowl.

Mix together the dressing ingredients and pour over the potato salad.

Toss to combine, taste & adjust as desired and enjoy!
