3-Minute vegetarian pesto recipe

Ingredients

Pistachios (or pine nuts) Garlic  Fresh basil  Fresh parsley  Nutritional yeast Lemon juice  Olive oil  Salt  Pepper

Add pistachios and garlic to a food processor.

Pulse until it becomes small pieces.

Add the basil, parsley, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.

Pulse again until blended and slightly chunky.

Pour in the olive oil and blend again!

Once it's ready, transfer from your food processor to a bowl.
