Ingredients

Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour Almond flour Tapioca starch Baking powder Baking soda Granulated sugar Brown sugar Salt Cinnamon Oat milk Plant based butter Oil Eggs Vanilla extract Apples

Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients.

Mix together until the muffin batter is formed.

Fold in the chopped apples.

recipe tip

Feel free to swap in a different fruit in place of apples to make new muffin variations! Mix in chopped strawberries, blueberries, or even cranberries.

Mix together butter, flour, sugar & cinnamon for the crumb topping. 

Spread batter across lined muffin tin, sprinkle with crumb topping & bake!
