Gluten Free Apple Crisp

Ingredients

Apples Lemon juice  Granulated sugar Brown sugar  Bourbon  Gluten free flour  Cinnamon Gluten free oats Pecans  Vegan butter  salt

Whisk together the filling ingredients including: lemon juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, gluten free flour, cinnamon and salt. Add sliced apples. 

TOP TIP: MAKE SURE THE APPLES ARE SLICED TO BE 1/4" SO THEY COOK EVENLY.

Transfer the apple filling mixture to a cast iron skillet.

Prepare the crumb topping by mixing the gluten free flour, cinnamon, salt, oats, pecans, and brown sugar in a bowl. Add the cubed softened butter and use your fingertips to pinch the crumbs together.

Sprinkle the crumb topping on top of the apple filling. Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes
