Gluten Free Apple Crumble

Ingredients

Apples Lemon juice  Granulated sugar Brown sugar  Bourbon (optional)  Gluten free flour  Cinnamon Gluten free oats Pecans  Vegan butter  salt

Whisk together the filling ingredients including: lemon juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, gluten free flour, cinnamon and salt. Add sliced apples. 

CHEF TIP: MAKE SURE THE APPLES ARE SLICED TO BE 1/4" SO THEY COOK EVENLY.

Transfer the apple filling mixture to a cast iron skillet.

Prepare the crumb topping by mixing the gluten free flour, cinnamon, salt, oats, pecans, and brown sugar in a bowl. Add the cubed softened butter and use your fingertips to pinch the crumbs together.

Sprinkle the crumb topping on top of the apple filling. Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes
