Peaches: – Frozen peaches – Granulated sugar – Cinnamon – Lemon juice – Cornstarch Batter & Butter: – Vegan Butter – Granulated sugar – Vanilla extract – Gluten Free Flour – Baking powder – Salt – Oat Milk
Cook frozen peaches, sugar and lemon juice for 8 minutes in a pot.
Add arrowroot or cornstarch into the peaches to help it thicken!
Melt butter in a baking dish.
Mix together sugar, vanilla, gluten free flour, baking powder, and salt. Add oat milk to form a thick batter.
Pour batter into the pan and top with the cooked peaches.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, then let cool for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
