Oat Flour  Blackberry  Muffins

Ingredients

Oat flour  Baking powder Cinnamon  Salt  Coconut sugar  Greek Yogurt  Oat Milk  Eggs  Coconut oil  Vanilla extract Fresh blackberries

Whisk together the dry ingredients: oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and  coconut sugar.

Add the liquid ingredients: yogurt, oat milk, eggs, oil and vanilla. 

Whisk the batter together. 

PRO TIP: LET THE BATTER SIT FOR 5 MINUTES TO THICKEN.

Fold in the fresh blackberries. 

Scoop into 12 muffin liners.

Bake at a higher temperature for 5 minutes, then decrease and bake for 18-20 minutes.
