Ingredients

Jasmine rice Oat milk Sugar Plant-based butter Eggs Vanilla extract

Cook Jasmine rice and fluff with fork.

Add oat milk and sugar to the rice. Simmer 25 minutes until thickened.

Mix together eggs, vanilla and 2 cups of the rice mixture. Add back to pot with vegan butter.

Make sure to whisk the egg with the rice mixture fast so you don't risk scrambling the eggs!

Cool completely in a pan, dust with cinnamon and chill. Enjoy!
