– Sweet or hot Italian sausages
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Onion
– Garlic
– Ginger (optional)
– Red pepper flakes
– Ground coriander
– Ground cumin
– Ground turmeric
–Ground cinnamon
–Kosher salt
– Russet potatoes
– Cauliflower
– Green beans
– Crushed tomatoes
– Vegetable broth
– Fresh cilantro
– Frozen peas

Brown sliced sausages in a large pot until crispy.
