Almond Flour GF Rolled Oats Coconut Oil Maple Syrup Sea Salt Raspberry Jam
Blend all ingredients except for the butter.
Heat cast iron skillet in oven before adding the batter to help it cook faster and puff up!
Pour batter into the hot skillet and tilt to distribute evenly.
Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with confectioners sugar, berries and maple syrup!
