Instructions
- Blend 1 cup dried apple chips, ½ cup almonds, ½ cup rolled oats and 1 teaspoon apple pie spice in a food processor until small pieces remain.
- Then, add the ½ cup pitted Medjool dates, 1 tablespoon maple syrupand 2-4 tablespoons water.
- Blend until the mixtures forms into a dough.
- Roll the dough into 16-18 tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before eating.
