Chicken wings Onion powder Garlic powder Kosher salt  Corn starch Olive oil Vegan butter Sesame oil  Tamari sauce or soy sauce (gluten free) Rice vinegar Fresh garlic  Honey

Add sauce ingredients to a pot. Let the vegan butter melt.

Add 3 tbsp of the sauce to a bowl, with spices and cornstarch.

Mix in the wings and toss together.

Lay wings on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake 40 minutes.

While wings bake, thicken the remaining sauce with cornstarch so that it can coat the wings nicely.

Brush crispy baked wings with the sauce and bake again for 8 minutes.

Pour remaining sauce over the wings and mix together.

Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
